The 147-room, $31 million DoubleTree hotel and conference center being built in downtown Greeley is still more than 10 months away from opening, but that hasn’t stopped hotel officials from making a big reservations push.
The Greeley Tribune reports that the hotel has opened a pre-opening office at 806 9th St. just a couple of blocks away from the hotel construction site at 919 7th St. The pre-opening office is complete with a full sample room.
