Civil War Weekend – 2019

Visitors to the museum will enjoy this Civil War living history event. Witness a day in the life of a Civil War soldier as they recreate drills, and a battle reenactment at 1 pm each day. Costumed reenactors will have their tents set up on the southeastern corner of the facility and are living that weekend as they would have during the Civil War—many using historic wares true to the time period. Visitors are encouraged to visit and interact with soldiers in the encampment. Admission to the museum is $25 for a family of 2 adults and up to 4 children or $8 per adult, $6 per senior (ages 60+), and $5 per youth (ages 3-17).
