2020 Legislative Preview

The next session of the Colorado General Assembly begins Jan. 8, 2020. We need to prepare for how it might affect us and be ready to weigh in on important policy. On January 6 we have a chance to learn what our community should expect in the upcoming session from Greeley’s legislators — Sen. John Cooke and Rep. Mary Young. This is your best chance to learn about proposed rules and policies before lawmakers begin debating their merits and possibly passing them into law.
The legislative preview starts at 8:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 6, in the Campus Commons building at the University of Northern Colorado, 1051 22nd St, Greeley. Please RSVP for the event at www.unco.edu/president.
