Community Development Block Grant Public Meeting

The City of Greeley is in the process of formulating its 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. It assesses affordable housing, community development needs, and market conditions in Greeley.
Residents can learn more about the Community Development Block (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) grants.  Consultation and collaboration with residents and community partners will align and coordinate these federal grants with other plans, programs, and resources so that the most significant impact can be achieved.

Other upcoming opportunities for public comment:

Public hearing to recommend approval of the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and to recommend a budget implementing approved 2020 CDBG applications at Greeley Urban Renewal Authority meeting on August 14 at 4:30 p.m.
An official 30-day public comment period from begins on August 15 and ends on September 23.
The final public hearing to approve the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan, the 2020 CDBG activities and proposed budget at the October 1 Greeley City Council  Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
