This year, City Council is considering whether to ask for a renewal of the Keep Greeley Moving infrastructure tax, which provides funding for transportation-related repairs, improvements, and construction. Renewing the Keep Greeley Moving tax will allow the city to improve the quality of Greeley’s worst streets, add capacity to its busiest roads and intersections, and repair sidewalks in neighborhoods across the city. And it will do that without raising taxes. Doing basic street maintenance now saves taxpayers money in the long run, catching repairs before they become much more expensive and time-consuming.
Attend a Keep Greeley Moving Webinar
Community members can learn even more about the Keep Greeley Moving Tax through two specials webinars, July 14 and August 12. Greeley officials will go over the potential ballot measure that will continue to fix our roads and bridges without increasing taxes. For anyone who cannot attend the webinars, each will get recorded and uploaded to the city’s Youtube account.
