Short-Term Rentals Open House

The City of Greeley invites the public to offer feedback regarding a draft regulatory framework for short-term rentals like AirBnbs and VRBOs.
In 2019, City Council adopted the Strategic Housing Plan, which tasked the community to develop regulations that specifically address short-term rentals to ensure that they are a positive addition to the community.
City staff collaborated with a group of community stakeholders comprised as the Housing Task Force that developed a series of objectives to guide the drafting of a regulatory framework for short-term rentals.
The Housing Task Force analyzed a series of practices that other localities utilize to regulate short-term rentals and formulated draft strategies for regulating short-term rentals in Greeley.
The City invites the public to learn about and provide feedback on the drafted framework at the public open house.
