The Greeley Active Adult Center is starting Silver Sneakers® classes again beginning on September 1.
Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.
This class is free of charge for Silver Sneaker® or Renew Active members. There is a $4 drop-in fee for people who are not members of those programs.
This is a drop-in class, no prior registration is necessary. The class takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:15 to 11 a.m.
Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated. Equipment will be provided including a chair, band, ball, and weights.
