Pepper season is in full swing! Come to this hands-on class at White-Plumb Farm to learn how to safely use a water bath canner and make hot pepper jam. Use this sweet and hot condiment all winter long and make a batch to give as a gift during the holidays! Each participant will take home a jar of their freshly made jam!
