See the new and improved Woodbriar Park!
Join us for playtime, refreshments, art dedication and more at Woodbriar Park on August 4.  Parking around the park is limited.  If possible, please plan to walk or bike to the celebration.
A Re-imagined Neighborhood Space
Looped walkings trail, nature play areas, sand volleyball, restoration of Cottonwood Creek, an art plaza revealing Greeley’s water history (funded by Greeley’s 1% for Art and the Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area), restroom and shelter facility, water saving grasses and vegetation, over 50 newly planted trees, over 1.6 million gallons of stormwater detention to reduce neighborhood flooding, interactive sand play, and more. All this and still some room for a neighborhood game of soccer or football.
Woodbriar Park was in need of upgrades to reduce flooding in the area. In addition, it was time to provide new recreational opportunities at the park. Construction in the began in December 2017.
