Learn Smart Xeriscape Design!
Installing a beautiful Xeriscape is wonderful. But is it well designed? Is it easy to maintain? This class will get you thinking about maintenance and care when you plan your Xeriscape.  Don’t install a landscape that won’t look good in a year or two, since you don’t have the time to take care of it.
Sarah Boyd, City of Greeley Parks Planner and Landscape Architect, will review the principals of xeriscape, instruct us on site planning and key elements of design for visual appeal. She will also discuss local code requirements and maintenance considerations right from the start. This is a repeat of the class offered in 2018 because it was so popular.
The class is free. Space is limited and RSVPs are required. This ensures that we have enough seats and materials. Sign up.
Greeley’s Water Conservation Program offers a Landscape Lecture series to the community. This is one of these events. Visit GreeleyGov.com/LandscapeLectures for more information on all upcoming sessions. Follow the “water” tag on Greeley Calendar to find out more about all of our water and conservation events.
